Product Return

To make a return, the following 3 conditions must be met:

1. The initial request must be made within a maximum of 14 days after the delivery date.

2. The product must be in 100% new condition (Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not returned.)

3. You must be in possession of the original boxes and packaging, the plastic packaging and the instructions.

If all 3 conditions are met, please contact us by email at sav@universpoussette.com specifying:

- Your order number

- The product(s) you wish to return

- The reason for the return (optional)

- Photos of the products you wish to return

- Photos of cardboard and plastic packaging

- Photos of the instructions

If the return request is compliant, we will validate the return.

Important: Please do not return any product before validation from us.

You will then have the option of returning the items on your own via the carrier of your choice and at your expense.

Or

We can make a request for collection from your home with our carrier (the day of your choice: Monday to Friday. Undefined delivery time). You will be charged €40 per package which will be deducted directly from the reimbursement amount of your order.

Upon receipt of the products, you will be notified and refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days.

Please note: If the returned items do not conform to those in the photos, the return will not be validated and no refund will be made. In this case, the products can be delivered to the Customer for a flat rate of €20/package.
